After learning from Trade Mike about Netvibes, I ported my rss feeds from Google Reader to Netvibes and I never looked back.
Well, you may argue that Google homepage can do the job as well. I am a Google fan, but this time it’s different. The feature which can allow you to read over 30 blogs and news in under 15 minutes is the summary that shows in a pop-up box as you move your mouse over the blog title.
If you are particularly interested in a certain story, you can click on the blog title and it will bring you to a screen similar to that of Google Reader’s.
On top of that, Netvibes offers like what most customizable portals offer:
- Create tabs to organize your reads

- Click and drag to arrange your reads the way you want it to be

- Able to add financial widgets (like this market quotes I have here)

Netvibes has really revolutionalized the way I read on the Internet. Highly recommended as a trading productivity tool, considering the daily information avalanche from blogs, news, forums etc
You can register for a FREE Netvibes account here.
If you find this post or this blog is helpful to you in any way...do consider buying jmot a kopi (aka coffee)!
