• Teach 1 trading system (FASTPRO) based loosely on the wash and rinse candlestick pattern. Low risk-reward ratio (around 3:1, but the trainer attached to me says will teach us how to capture higher profits when we are more familiar with the trading system, but for now, still 3:1) but high success rate (so far for myself around 80%). Strategy applicable to the USD/JPY currency pair only.
• Trading system developed by a legendary medical doctor known to all FX1 students as Dr Lim. I heard that he traded himself into a millionaire. Also operates a FX Clinic providing personal coaching for FX1 students to be real traders
• Course spans over 2 evenings (7:30pm to around 10:30pm) at Capital Towers
• Comes with 6 months mentorship. Personal trainer attached to every student upon graduation for 6 months whom you can call, SMS or email whenever you encounter problem during trading
• Course bonus #1: FATS. An automated trading software programmed using the Expert Advisor software. The idea is: you leave the software running 24-hours by 5 days on your PC and this software will trade and make money automatically for you. I cannot comment on this at the moment because I will only be getting the software next week.
• Course bonus #2: SMS alert. Students will be spoon-fed with SMS alerts once in a while (not everyday though. Exact number of alerts per month not known). This SMS alert service is free for 6 months only. Thereafter, cost $100 over dollars per month. This SMS alert tells us exactly which currency pair to play, which price to enter, which price to take profit and which price to stop. And is not just limited to the USD/JPY. Success rate: unknown. The alerts always come at the wrong time for me (when I am in office without internet connection) so cannot deploy thus far.
• Comes with 6-month money back guarantee. I think this is the only forex class in Singapore that offers this. After the training, we are to start a demo account to start trading the strategy. At the end of 6 months, if our account suffers losses, FX1 claims that we can get back our course fee back. Clauses:
  • Can only trade the strategy taught during the 6 months
  • Minimum 40 trades a month (around 2 trades per day)
  • Use the same lot size for all trades

The school has switched to teaching a strategy based on 15 min charts and also rolling out classes teaching forex fundamentals. I have yet to attend the classes, priced at around S$20 per class.

I shall ceased to send out my personal email comments as the response is overwhelming and is too much for me to handle. Let’s focus back on trading and make money!!!

I also learnt about the Law of Attraction recently. Good attracts better, so let’s focus on the more positive things and move on!
