The third trading course that I attended was from Farseers Pte Ltd. I am ready to give a course review now I have to qualify again that the information I am providing here is accurate at the point in time when I took the course.

Some information about Farseers Pte Ltd:

• Teaches forex and E-mini index futures trading
• CEO is Mr He Shuhan (The man is wise and eloquent for his age. Ask he about how he learn trading if you have a chance to meet him. A very legendary encounter!)
• Set up in late 2007 by 4 directors

The course itself:

• 2 full days of training in trading fundamentals over Saturday and Sunday
• 1 evening of training in forex theory and 1 evening of training in forex practical
• 1 evening of training in futures theory and 1 evening of training in futures practical
• 1 live trading night (for forex is 7 pm to 9 pm, for futures is 9 pm to 3 am next day)
• Option available to attend only forex or only futures
• Fundamentals cover some technical indicators and their derivation, support and resistance, chart patterns such as wedge, flags, channels etc and  bar patterns (yes, they teach use of bars instead of candlesticks)
• Forex
  • Teaching based on EUR/USD but claim that strategy can be used across different currency pairs
  • Teaching based on 5 min charts but claim that can be used across different timeframes
  • Use of moving averages and Bollinger Band
  • Taught by Mr Donnie Tay
• Futures
  • Teaching based on E-mini Russell and E-mini S&P
  • Teaching based on 10 min charts
  • Use of moving average and Slow Stochastics
  • Taught by Mr He Shuhan
