Thanks for sharing. And I do agree on a few points.

1. Spreads
Spreads is important, that’s why I only trade currency pairs that have 3-4 pips spreads.

2. Do not trade currency pairs with close correlation
If I have a postion in USDJPY, I will not be trading EURJPY.
If I have a position in AUDUSD, I will not be trading NZDUSD.

I do hear from friends that this speaker is full of theory but does not teach his students how to make money, wonder if its true.

I have achieved 857 pips in the month of November, can this speaker achieve that? See here: http://www.forexandbinary.com/2008/11/67-success-rate-in-month-of-october-and.html

Here is testimony from my subscribers just in case your readers prefer to sign up for a US$150 system rather than a $4000 plus seminar: http://www.forexandbinary.com/2008/12/proven-forex-system-bl-ts-system.html

hi vtforex, i am flattered.

i evaluated a number of EAs but have given them up altogether. running EAs require a different skill, i feel.

i do take records, but not sure if it will be useful to you because i customized and simplified it highly for the strategy that i am using…

So if you dont trade correlated pairs at the same time, then how do you trade them “apart”? thks

hi ronaldosim, we will have to choose uncorrelated pairs to trade (if there are trade setups on the individual pairs, that is). trading correlated pairs expose us to the same risk. you lose on one, likely you will lose on the other. it is almost like trading bigger lot on the same pair. trading uncorrelated pairs helps to diversify our risk. at least this is what i understand :-)

Sharing some thoughts:

Actually forex trading is just taking 2 views:
1. Bullish or bearish on USD
Because the major currency pairs are trading against USD.

2. Bullish or bearish on JPY
That is the another group of currency pairs which most traders trade. People can it the carry trades.

So before I place my positions, I ask myself what is my view on USD and JPY today.

I don’t bother to trade those minor currency pairs: EURAUD, ZARUSD, CHFJPY, EURCHF, GBPCAD, etc. Their spreads are so wide!

Did anyone notice that why platform provider likes to give trade recommendation on minors? Because its difficult to make money with the wide spreads.

Most platform providers are market makers, when you lose, they win. Hee!

Hi JMOT,

You have attended quite a few good and short seminars especially by Kathy. Just wonder if those not a student from FX1 can attend if more great gurus come to Singapore ?
I believe the only way to succeed in trading is through continuous learning and live trading.

Thanks

My system has done well in commodity trading in the month of December.

BL TS system has done well in forex trading and it has also done well in commodity trading.

I am not surprised with the result because the concept of this system is very useful for all kinds of trading.

The logic of this system is to capture the characteristics of the currency pairs or commodity products, then use the information to predict future trends and movements. Hence BL TS is able to produce profitable trading signals.

14 trades were executed in December 2008: 10 wins, 3 losses, 1 breakeven. See here for the trade details: http://www.commoditiestradingpro.com/2008/12/bl-ts-system-has-done-well-in-commodity.html

Anyone who is interested in my system for free (condition apply), send an email to me at metal.commodity@gmail.com.
